Job Summary
Review and moderate user-generated content and online advertisements to ensure compliance with community standards and platform policies. Identify violations, evaluate reports, and make accurate moderation decisions by removing, restricting, or escalating content as necessary. Handle material involving violence or sensitive topics while maintaining objectivity, documenting all decisions using internal tools. Meet quality, accuracy, and productivity targets while working rotational shifts Monday to Sunday. Requires Serbian (C1) and English (B2) proficiency, emotional resilience, and willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria. Join before August for a €1,800 bonus and relocation support.
Required Qualifications
- Serbian proficiency (C1 or higher)
- English proficiency (B2 or higher)
- Excellent attention to detail and sound decision-making skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Good computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Emotional resilience and the ability to review potentially disturbing content professionally
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria
- Availability to work rotational shifts Monday to Sunday
