Job Summary
Role executes customer contract and maximizes customer satisfaction through effective contract delivery while promoting revenue generation and profitability. Key missions include managing biometric terminal repair requests, processing new RMAs, handling all stages of repair requests, communicating with customers for information and approvals, and utilizing Salesforce as a CRM and D365 for quotations, service orders, and invoicing. Responsibilities also cover management of material exchanges, stock monitoring, shipment tracking, coordination with subcontractors, and preparation of monthly KPI presentations, with involvement in identifying opportunities for revenue and cost reduction and acting as backup for the Repair Team Manager. Familiarity with logistics coordination, warranty extensions, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Finance teams is expected.
