Job Summary
Part-time SER Call Center Agent responsible for greeting guests, handling hotel reservations, and maintaining a high level of guest service in a fast-paced environment. Duties include answering phones with scripted greetings, collecting reservation details, processing and modifying reservations, upselling hotel outlets/services, communicating hotel policies, maintaining up-to-date reservation information, assisting Players Club Members with offers, handling callbacks for monthly offers, and ensuring confidentiality. Requires knowledge of reservation systems, strong verbal and written communication, ability to work with a friendly, professional demeanor, and availability for weekends/holidays; must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license. Minimum qualifications: HS diploma/GED, 18+, 1 year customer service experience, 30 wpm typing. Desirable: prior reservation experience in travel-related services.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- One year of customer service work experience
- Must be able to pass a typing test of at least 30 wpm
- Must be available to work all three shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license to meet the employment eligibility requirements as they pertain to the position
