Job Summary
Drive personal training revenue and clientele growth by working one-on-one with clients of all fitness backgrounds to develop customized programs. Lead, train, and manage all trainers at the club while implementing strategies to direct daily program performance. Create innovative events and initiatives to boost sales, and execute community outreach to build relationships that attract new clients. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field, three years of personal training experience, and current national certification. Paid vacation, medical, dental, and vision insurance are included, along with paid commissions, bonuses, and complimentary club membership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physical Education or a related field, or have comparable experience
- Previously worked as a Personal Trainer for at least 3 years
- Current national PT certification
- Proof that you are CPR and First Aid Certified
- Excellent interpersonal skills
