Job Summary
Site Sepsis Coordinator responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating a hospital-wide sepsis program, utilizing EMR to identify septic patients, collecting data to monitor outcomes, developing and updating sepsis bundles, coordinating multidisciplinary services, providing sepsis education, and contributing to sepsis research and quality improvement initiatives. Requires RN with BSN and 3 years of critical care or emergency experience, strong leadership and communication, data management, and familiarity with regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Nursing
- RN licensure in state of practice
- 3 years critical care or emergency experience
