Job Summary
Volunteer SEO Expert to lead the launch of Long Covid Support's new website by developing an effective SEO approach, conducting keyword research, setting up Google Analytics, migrating SEO during site transition, and coordinating with brand advisors and IT support. Responsibilities include meeting with project lead, directing traffic, optimizing keywords, configuring analytics, collaborating with teams, and advising on Google Ad Grants; role could extend if interested in developing this workstream. Requires knowledge of on-page and technical SEO, Google Analytics, Squarespace, and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders; enthusiasm for charity work and collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of SEO principles and practices (on-page optimisation, technical SEO, keyword research, etc.)
- Experience with Google Analytics and ability to set up meaningful tracking
- Able to use Squarespace
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical people
- Enthusiasm for working with a charity and making a difference
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Nice to have: Experience with Google Ad Grants
- Nice to have: Understanding of website transitions and migration SEO
