Job Summary
Lead and grow Nord Security’s SEO function across 4 brands (NordLayer, NordPass, NordStellar, Browser) by developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies, orchestrating platformization from an organic perspective, guiding new product launches to new markets, and leading and mentoring the SEO team. Drive AI-search-based and localization initiatives, architect an organic social media strategy, manage CRO activities, monitor reputational sources, analyze performance data, plan budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional marketing channels to fuel long-term business growth.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, delivering long-term strategies and execution with clear results of growth
- Experience in leading teams, nurturing and leading team members to success
- Growth mindset: connecting other channels with SEO, maximizing collaborations
- Expertise in content marketing and all pillars of SEO, knowledge of global and local SEO
- Analytics and data-driven decisions - based on data and research
- High ownership of channel, team and projects, detail-oriented and proactive
- Experience shifting focus between multiple high-scope projects
- Understanding tech products and B2B market specifics; cybersecurity knowledge a bonus
