Job Summary
SEO Team Lead for Nord Security’s B2B SEO team across four brands (NordLayer, NordPass, NordStellar, Browser). Responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies, leading an SEO team, orchestrating platformization from an SEO perspective, leading product launches in new markets, building AI-search-based strategies, scaling localization, and managing CRO and reputation efforts. Drives cross-functional collaboration with marketing, engineering, and data teams; plans SEO budgets; analyzes performance data and shares insights to fuel business growth; maintains ownership and proactive optimization across global SEO initiatives and social media strategies (e.g., Reddit, GitHub, Quora).
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SEO with delivery of long-term growth
- Experience in leading teams and nurturing team members to success
- Growth mindset and ability to connect SEO with broader business goals
- Expertise in content marketing and all pillars of SEO; knowledge of global and local SEO
- Analytics and data-driven decision making; competitor analysis
- Ownership and organization across multiple high-scope projects
- Understanding of tech products and B2B cybersecurity domain preferred
