Job Summary
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, qualified traffic, and conversions by conducting keyword research and optimizing on-page elements including metadata, headings, internal linking, content structure, URLs, and schema markup. Monitor website indexing, crawlability, site speed, mobile performance, and Core Web Vitals while coordinating with developers to implement technical recommendations and resolve audit findings. Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversion rates, and revenue KPIs, collaborating with Content, E-Commerce, and Marketing teams to ensure best practices are applied across digital assets. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights, utilizing AI-powered tools to enhance workflow efficiency and staying updated on algorithm changes and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in SEO, with proven experience managing SEO projects or initiatives
- Strong understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Content SEO
- Hands-on experience with SEO and analytics tools, including: Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), SEMrush
- Strong knowledge of website structures, indexing, crawling, redirects, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, and schema markup
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate SEO data into actionable recommendations
- Strong understanding of SEO performance metrics and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and coordinate effectively with different stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
- Strong Arabic and English communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with e-commerce websites is highly preferred
- Familiarity with AI-powered SEO and content optimization tools is preferred
