Job Summary
Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps, and acquire new homes while negotiating acquisitions and dispositions. Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions, estimate repairs, and determine ARV and As-Is values before presenting offers to homeowners. Conduct in-person meetings with prospects and clients on a regular basis to maximize deal flow, working with realtors, buyers, and lenders during the closing process. This remote role requires flexibility for evening and weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of sales experience
- Consistently ranked within the top 10% of sales staff in previous roles
- Great communication skills
- Computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
- Proven experience in achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales
- Flexibility
- Evening and weekend availability
