Job Summary
Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps, and acquire new homes for House Buyers of America. Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions, perform extensive due diligence on all purchases, and prepare contracts for ratification. Estimate repairs, determine ARV and As-Is values, and meet with homeowners to present offers. Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies during the closing process. This fully remote role requires in-person meetings with prospects regularly. You must have 4+ years of sales experience, proven quota achievement, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of sales experience
- Consistently ranked within the top 10% of sales staff in previous roles
- Great communication skills
- Computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
- Proven experience in achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
