Job Summary
Drive organic search visibility and ranking performance by implementing technical SEO audits, on-page optimisation, and keyword research strategies. Optimise website content, metadata, and architecture while collaborating with development teams to resolve crawlability issues and ensure mobile responsiveness. Monitor organic traffic, rankings, and conversions using analytics tools to generate actionable insights and regular performance reports. Maintain alignment with Google algorithms and search best practices to sustain long-term organic growth and digital acquisition objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience within an SEO-focused role, either in-house or agency side
- Solid understanding of technical SEO principles and organic search optimisation
- Exposure to website CMS platforms and basic web development concepts
- Experience working with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Good understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methodologies
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of digital acquisition principles
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop within the SEO field
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website structures would be advantageous
- Relevant digital marketing or SEO certifications would be beneficial but are not essential
