SEO Specialist (Expert Level)

Job Summary
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and search rankings across multiple client websites. Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent analysis. Perform technical SEO audits and implement recommendations to optimize site architecture, internal linking, metadata, content, and user experience. Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexation, and site performance while managing ethical link-building and authority-building initiatives. Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teammates; track, analyze, and report SEO performance using industry-leading tools; stay current with algorithm updates and emerging opportunities. Identify and prioritize opportunities to drive qualified traffic, leads, and revenue growth; apply learnings to scale organic traffic across eCommerce and multi-site campaigns; deliver clear reporting, strategic recommendations, and measurable business impact.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist with a strong track record of increasing organic traffic, rankings, and conversions
- Expert-level knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Advanced proficiency with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other industry-standard SEO tools
- Strong experience conducting technical SEO audits and implementing recommendations
- Expertise in keyword research, search intent analysis, content strategy, and content optimization
- Experience managing SEO campaigns for eCommerce businesses
- Strong understanding of Google's ranking factors, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexation, and site architecture
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, schema markup, crawlability, rendering, and indexation
- Ability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable growth strategies
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of SEO performance
- Experience managing SEO for multiple websites or businesses
- Extensive experience with Shopify SEO and eCommerce SEO
- Proven success in competitive markets and scaling organic traffic growth
- Experience with international SEO, local SEO, and multi-location SEO campaigns
- Strong understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and user experience best practices
- Experience collaborating directly with developers to implement technical SEO improvements
