SEO Specialist

Job Summary
Senior SEO Specialist responsible for owning and executing the full spectrum of organic acquisition across SEO, LLM optimization, and CRO. Lead end-to-end organic growth across 3Commas platforms (including quantpilot.com), develop a data-driven SEO roadmap, improve LLM visibility, perform keyword research and performance audits, oversee link-building and technical/on-page SEO for multiple domains and regions, collaborate with content/product/analytics teams, monitor SEO metrics, stay current with algorithm changes, and mentor external partners or in-house team members.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in strategic SEO management
- strong background in crypto, trading, or fintech industries
- proven experience in Organic Growth leadership and hands-on CRO
- ability to develop and execute multi-channel organic growth strategies
- experience leveraging LLM-based strategies for SEO/content workflows
- deep understanding of search engine algorithms and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog)
- experience integrating SEO with content marketing, PR, and paid campaigns
- excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- self-driven, strategic thinker capable of owning SEO direction
