Job Summary
Own the content pipeline across multiple topic verticals by conducting keyword and search-intent research, briefing, reviewing, publishing, and ongoing optimisation. Audit existing content and landing pages to identify gaps and execute optimisations that improve visibility in traditional search and AI-generated answers. Develop user-focused formats such as FAQs and comparison content while applying SEO fundamentals including metadata, structured data, and schema. Track traffic, engagement, and search performance to build dashboards and reporting, then translate findings into a prioritised roadmap. Partner with Social Organic, Country CRM, and Partnerships to amplify content into awareness and sales.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of SEO experience
- at least 1 year in GEO implementation or content optimisation
- good understanding of e-commerce and online business
- proven ability to conduct keyword, search-intent and customer-question research
- ability to translate research into content that ranks and converts
- ability to track traffic, engagement and search performance
- ability to spot the opportunity and refine strategy on the evidence
- Strong editorial skills
- real attention to detail
- ability to evaluate and improve content for clarity, structure, persuasion and brand voice
- Experience managing a content pipeline end-to-end across several topic areas at once
- Curious, proactive and data-driven mindset
- test-and-learn mindset
- ownership to follow an initiative from insight through to implementation and result
