Job Summary
Set and implement client SEO strategies in tandem with Senior Managers to increase profit and drive performance through daily optimization activities and best practice processes. Manage and deliver Account Development Plans (ADPs) for key client portfolios, ensuring high-quality execution across editorial, optimization, and engine mirrors via the Croudie Network. Lead client performance management by completing data analysis to spot trends, troubleshoot anomalies, and identify upsell opportunities from the digital services suite. Innovate new techniques and technologies to support internal growth while proactively monitoring industry updates to refine departmental methodologies. Contribute to internal training modules and marketing activities, continuously improving workflow efficiencies to counter ineffective processes within the team.
Required Qualifications
- Degree level education or equivalent / relevant work experience
- Demonstrable experience in SEO Marketing
- Clear passion for digital marketing, strong understanding of SEO
- Strong Microsoft Office skills which must include Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Proven track record of working to and meeting deadlines
- Proven time management skills, strong project management skills, experience and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Impeccable attention to detail
- A mathematical and analytical mind
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
- Highly organised and an ability to multi-task
- Strong communication, organisation, and presentation skills
