Job Summary
Analyze digital behavior trends and ad rankings to optimize property websites and implement relevant keywords. Collaborate with paid media and creative teams to align organic and paid strategies, reducing acquisition costs and improving Quality Scores. Partner with copywriters to produce high-value, brand-optimized content and coordinate with web agencies to ensure correct technical implementation within the CMS. Directly manage meta-tags and publish SEO texts while monitoring Google Business Profiles and technical health. Regularly audit the search landscape to ensure properties outrank competitors for key high-intent luxury and destination terms.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in SEO
- experience in hospitality, travel, or premium lifestyle brands
- Proven track record of improving organic rankings
- experience working with Paid Media teams to lower advertising costs
- Proficiency in modern CMS platforms
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console)
- Technical understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO factors
- knowledge of Schema markup
- knowledge of Core Web Vitals
- knowledge of tagging
Desired Qualifications
