Job Summary
Own organic search performance by driving end-to-end SEO strategy to generate High Intent and Medium Intent MQLs, with primary accountability for the High Intent MQL roll-up target. Lead technical SEO by diagnosing crawlability, indexation, and rendering issues while partnering with engineering to keep the site discoverable on Google and Bing. Drive GEO visibility growth by improving rankings for top keyword queries across generative/AI search experiences and build proprietary content authority through original research-led assets. Forecast and report on pipeline impact, surfacing risks early and recommending course corrections to leadership. Mentor the broader SEO function by upskilling the marketing team on technical SEO and search fundamentals.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in SEO
- demonstrable track record in both strategic and technical SEO
