Job Summary
Drive organic revenue growth by developing and executing long-term SEO strategies across multiple affiliate websites in diverse verticals. Lead end-to-end launches of new affiliate sites, managing keyword clustering, content structure, and stakeholder coordination. Manage on-page and off-page performance through content audits, SERP feature optimization, and linkbuilding campaigns while collaborating with publishers and agencies. Identify expansion opportunities by researching publishers, evaluating new markets, and assessing traffic trends against business growth frameworks. Lead and develop a team of SEO Content Managers by setting priorities, coaching growth, and conducting performance reviews. Report to the Head of Organic and work closely with publishers and vertical managers to convert SEO potential into measurable business results.
Required Qualifications
- umfangreiche On-Page- und Off-Page-Erfahrung im SEO mit, mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen darin, organisches Wachstum zu skalieren
- nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Führung eines Teams mit Fokus auf Entwicklung, Motivation und High Performance
- Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
