Job Summary
SEO/GEO Manager responsible for leading and executing comprehensive SEO strategies across client campaigns, including on-page optimization, technical audits, and GEO/LLM-focused optimization. Key duties include conducting audits (URL structure, canonicalization, HTML & XML sitemaps, robots.txt, tag optimization), developing content themes, implementing GEO strategies for AI-generated responses, structuring content for LLM ingestion with schema.org data, monitoring brand visibility in generative engines, and collaborating with SEO Directors and account teams. Requires 7+ years of online marketing experience, proficiency with major SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, Bright Edge, MOZ/STAT, Advanced Web Ranking), bilingual English/French, strong communication, project management, and ability to translate metrics into actionable results; in-office three days per week (hybrid) with fully remote not available. Eligible to collaborate across global clients and provide technical insights during client calls and presentations.
