Job Summary
Lead planning and management of client SEO/GEO campaigns; provide strategic leadership in partnership with SEO Directors; conduct comprehensive SEO/GEO audits with actionable recommendations (URL structure, canonicalization, XML/HTML sitemaps, robots.txt, title/header/image/description tags, social SEO); develop GEO strategies to optimize brands in AI-generated responses and structure content for LLM ingestion (schema.org, entity optimization); monitor brand visibility in generative AI contexts using GEO tools; optimize on-page and off-page efforts; troubleshoot campaign issues and report status to account teams; assist in client-facing technical discussions and new business development; require bilingual fluency in French and English; role demands three in-office days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of online marketing experience with in-depth understanding of search engine ranking processes
- Bilingual in French and English
- Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, Bright Edge, MOZ/STAT, Advanced Web Ranking)
- Ability to plan and manage client campaigns and provide strategic leadership
- Experience with content themes, audits, and technical SEO (URL structure, sitemaps, robots.txt, canonicalization, schema)
- Ability to monitor and report on metrics and present to clients
- Team collaboration and cross-department communication
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in new business development and client engagement
