Job Summary
Develop global SEO and GEO strategy for all markets from Finland to Australia, prioritizing visibility over qualified leads and CAC impact. Lead a small team, manage external agencies and freelancers on briefings and budgets, and build organic growth models integrating search and AI search perspectives. Execute keyword research, content roadmaps, and quality assurance while maintaining technical site health using Search Console, Ahrefs, and GA4. Automate workflows with LLMs and tools like n8n for briefings, QA, and monitoring. Work across Hamburg, Berlin, Munich, or remote, speaking fluent German and English at C-level.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ Jahre SEO (Inhouse oder Agentur)
- Erfahrung in einer Rolle mit strategischer Verantwortung oder über mehrere Märkte hinweg
- Erfahrung mit content-getriebenen Organic-Growth-Modellen
- Führung oder fachliche Anleitung von Menschen
- Steuerung externer Dienstleister
- Beherrschung gängiger SEO- und Analytics-Tools
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
- Englischkenntnisse auf C-Level
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung eines kleinen Teams
