Job Summary
Partner with the SEO Manager to execute SEO initiatives across five consumer brands, focusing on improving organic search performance and accelerating key projects. Perform keyword research, conduct technical SEO audits, and optimize website content, metadata, and site architecture using best practices. Support Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) initiatives to enhance brand visibility within AI-powered search experiences. Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and Search Console to provide actionable recommendations for content updates and ranking improvements. Collaborate with Brand, Content, Digital Marketing, and Technology teams to implement strategies and document scalable processes. This three-month contract engagement offers immediate start and potential extension based on performance.
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of hands-on SEO experience with demonstrated success improving organic search performance
- Experience executing SEO strategies in competitive consumer, retail, ecommerce, or franchise environments
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, on page optimization, keyword strategy, and content optimization
- Experience with AI powered search and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
- Proficiency with industry standard SEO and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research platforms
- Experience working within content management systems
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Excellent written, verbal, and cross functional communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across several brands in a fast paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience utilizing the "Profound" platform preferred
- Experience supporting multi brand organizations or franchise businesses is preferred
