Job Summary
Execute content development and technical SEO tactics for clients, including keyword research, on-site optimization, and schema implementation. Interface with developers to update and optimize websites while conducting audits to ensure campaign performance. Provide reporting metrics and assemble monthly performance reports using tools like Looker Studio or Ahrefs. Participate in developing monthly SEO strategies and coordinate digital marketing campaigns to drive real results. Master emerging AI tools for workflow automations and collaborate on training initiatives and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, computer science or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in technical SEO, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry
- Agency experience
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies
- Proven track record of outstanding service and delivering results-driven solutions
- Significant expertise in creating title tags, meta descriptions, structured content pages including keyword rich, industry relevant & H1 tag optimization with effective CTAs and internal linking
- History of producing keyword rich, schema optimized content
- Deep understanding of on-site, off-site SEO strategies and Google Business Profiles
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Highly independent and self-motivated with demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding goals
- Proficiency in Google Docs and CRM software
- Proven ability to work completely independently, report to a boss dutifully, and add value to our collaborative team of loud and proud nerds!
