Job Summary
Lead national warehouse operations by ensuring precise deliveries, strict cost control, and continuous process improvement. Manage staff development, scheduling, and attendance while monitoring KPIs for delivery rates, productivity, and waste reduction. Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts, enforce HSE regulations, and optimize end-to-end flow for receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching. Collaborate closely with procurement, transport, customer service, operations, and sales to implement routines and participate in logistics projects. Utilize ERP and WMS systems to maintain optimal stock levels and drive operational efficiency across the facility.
Required Qualifications
- Utdanning innen logistikk eller supply chain (Bachelor eller tilsvarende)
- Minimum 5 års erfaring med ledelse av lager/logistikk, som inkluderer dokumentert erfaring med personalledelse, bemanningsplanlegging og medarbeiderutvikling
- God systemforståelse og erfaring med WMS/ERP
- Kunnskap om HMS, kvalitetsstyring og relevante lover og forskrifter
- Erfaring med kontinuerlig forbedring, KPI-oppfølging og lageroptimalisering
- Sterke samarbeids- og kommunikasjonsevner
