Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Instructional Systems Design, Instructional Technology, Human Performance, Training and Learning Development, Psychology, Marketing, or related field
- 5 Years of related experience with a Bachelor
- 3 Years with a Masters
- 1 Year with a PhD
- U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain U.S. DoD Secret Level clearance
- Experience designing and developing learning materials for technical disciplines
- Experience developing technology-based learning products
- Experience creating formative and summative evaluations for technical disciplines
- Experience in conducting training evaluations (Kirkpatrick 4 levels and Phillips 5 levels)
- Experience using ADDIE and other training development models
- Ability to apply adult learning theories and process-driven instructional design principles
- Top-tier verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of human performance processes to identify learning solutions
- Multimedia design experience (audio/video editing, 2D/3D design, animation, software simulation)
- Experience with Camtasia, Storyline, Captivate/Creative Suite
- Experience leading a team of junior training system employees
- Travel willingness ~10%
