Job Summary

Lead integration activities for systems-of-systems integration, including test planning, problem identification, event execution, and stakeholder coordination. Drive engineering processes and analyses to prove successful design integration while resolving technical gaps in interface and requirement solutions. Mentor and coach diverse teams, foster high engagement, and provide guidance during project execution with minimal supervision. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to participate in technical planning, verification, validation, and requirements analyses for integrated systems. Identify risks and opportunities associated with design, systems, or analysis factors while ensuring appropriate coordination between SEIT and other integration teams. Work independently with a positive demeanor and highest ethics to achieve program and contract objectives.

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance, at time of application, current and within scope, with an investigation date within the last 6 years
  • Ability to obtain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period
  • 6 years of experience with Agile and working in a cross-functional Scrum teams
  • 6 years of experience with Product Owner and Product Manager core responsibilities
  • 4 years of experience in ICBM (MMIII or Sentinel) OR complex aerospace/defense systems
  • 2 years of experience on large scale / complex system development experience across multiple phases of a development program: preliminary design, detailed design, integration and test, verification and sell off, transition to production
  • 2 years of experience with Systems Engineering program milestone events (e.g., PDR, CDR)
  • 2 years of experience working with external customers to meet program expectations in a timely and efficient manner
  • 2 years of experience supporting DoD contracts and/or large supplier management portfolio
  • Must be able to understand the intent of WS integration at the highest levels
  • Must be able to drive engineering processes & analyses to prove successful design integration
  • Must be able to analyze for potential gaps
  • Must clearly demonstrate strong leadership
  • Must demonstrate foundational systems engineering skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's degree, English major preferred
  • Strong understanding and broad application of complex engineering systems (engineering standards, configuration management, material review board, process control, tooling, facilities, software, etc.) for the development of complex systems-of-systems
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including demonstrated experience with high value customer presentations, with ability to focus on multiple projects with competing priorities
  • Experience executing and boarding Risks, Issues & Opportunities Teamcenter/CPLM experience
  • Continuous Process Improvement experience
  • Experience with Agile
  • Experience in creating, updating, and maintaining Model-Based Systems Engineering products
