Job Summary
Senior DevOps Integration & Test Lead role leads multi-disciplinary system integration and testing for the Sentinel program. You will oversee multiple team leads, coordinate cross-functional software, hardware, and simulation efforts, develop and execute comprehensive test plans, establish scalable integration and testing processes, mentor software test engineers, and report on status, risks, and mitigations to stakeholders. The role emphasizes distributed team coordination, modeling and simulation frameworks, test architecture for repeatable software testing, requirements traceability across integration and test phases, and ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and security requirements. A STEM degree with substantial experience (14+ years with a bachelor’s, 12+ with a master’s, or 10+ with a PhD), U.S. citizenship, and active DoD Secret clearance (or higher) are required, along with leadership in software testing, Agile/CI/CD, and model-based systems engineering practices. The position is located in Roy, UT; Colorado Springs, CO; or Huntsville, AL, with a standard 9/80 schedule and potential relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM
- 14 years’ experience OR 12 years with a Master’s degree in STEM OR 10 years with a PhD
- U.S. Citizenship with active DoD Secret clearance or higher
- 5 years of leadership experience
- 5 years of software testing/test planning/verification
- 5 years of Agile/CI/CD/test automation experience
- 5 years of requirements traceability and verification activities
