Job Summary
Maintain EVMS-compliant scheduling processes across assigned element operations using MS Project Server and Oracle Primavera P6 environments. Support IPT team activities including proposal and strategy support, while ensuring reporting requirements are met and providing analysis on metrics for process excellence. Advise program business managers on integrating project schedules with Earned Value Management and support internal and external reviews and audits. Perform role on-site at Roy, UT with minimal travel requirements, adhering to a 9/80 work schedule.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD security clearance (Secret, Top Secret; etc.)
- Experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Program Cost Analysis or Program Scheduling
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel
- Experience with MS Project OR P6 Primavera
- Cost / Schedule integration
- 1+ years leading a project and/or driving performance against a schedule
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically 10% of the time
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in Business, Aerospace and Defense, or related professional experience
- Master's degree with 1 year of experience
- 6 years with a HS Diploma (or equivalent)
- 1+ years of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience
- Experience with MS Project, P6 Primavera, Deltek Open Plan, Deltek Cobra/MPM, Deltek Acumen, and/OR other Schedule Risk Assessment software tools
- Experience in a DoD EMD environment
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
- Strong analytical ability
- Active DoD Secret level security clearance (with the investigation in the past 6 years)
- 1+ years of program planning activities and/or teams in an EVMS environment
- Experience working in a Microsoft Project Server and/or Oracle Primavera P6
- Experience with other EV and program planning tools and processes: Cobra, Acumen Fuse, Change Management, Risk Management
