Job Summary
Lead systems engineering technical baseline maturation to drive successful development and sell-off of systems within the Digital Ecosystem segment. Guide incremental capability insertions across the Digital Ecosystem by leading a small team or collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams under the direction of Lead Systems Engineers and program leadership. Manage complex systems lifecycle management, model-based engineering, and interface definition development for Air Force ICBM Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems. Requires active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance with Top Secret and Special Access Program (SAP) capability. Standard work schedule is 9/80 with a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM
- 5 years of experience
- 3 years of experience with master's degree
- 0 years of experience with PhD
- Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an investigation date within the last 6 years
- Ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance and Special Access Program (SAP) within a reasonable period
- 2 years of Systems engineering experience throughout the program lifecycle
- 1 year of demonstrated experience in MBSE
- 1 year of experience with cloud-based environments, high-performance computing, and virtualized environments
- 1 year of experience with software or IT-centric systems
- 1 year of experience developing interface definition such as Interface Control Document (ICD)
