Job Summary
Northrop Grumman Defense Systems seeks a Principal/Sr Principal Project Management Analyst to lead day-to-day supply chain and subcontract execution for the Sentinel Program. Location to be Roy, UT; in-office requirement with no hybrid/telework arrangement. Responsibilities include coordinating GSC activities across Engineering, Logistics, Mission Assurance, Quality, Program, and Supply Chain; defining and improving processes; creating trainings for key personnel; aligning subcontracts resources; producing leadership briefings on parts status and milestones; and driving financial forecasting and supplier list maintenance. Requires active DoD Secret clearance; 5 years with a Bachelor’s, 3 with a Master’s, or 1 with a PhD (or equivalent experience) and DoD contracting experience. Travel up to 10%; relocation assistance may be available. Salary ranges: Principal level $81,400–$152,200; Sr Principal level varies with experience. In-office role with full benefits and potential bonuses; strong focus on program performance, stakeholder collaboration, and Agile practices.
Required Qualifications
- Active DoD Secret security clearance
- Bachelor's degree minimum (5 years with Bachelor's; 3 years with Masters; 1 year with PhD acceptable in lieu of degree)
- 3 years of project management experience (principal level) or 5 years (principal) or 8 years (Sr Principal) depending on level
- Experience in DoD contracting strategies, materials, and briefings
- Experience with supplier management and incentive strategies on DoD contracts (preferred at Sr Principal)
- PMP Certification (preferred at Principal)
- Experience with SAP, Windows software packages, Atlassian Tool Suite, and other electronic databases
- Proficient in Agile Development
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work with minimal direction and present work for high-level review
- U.S. Citizenship for government-cleared roles
- 9/80 schedule familiarity
- Relocation support availability
