Job Summary

Support Engineering Change Management throughout the Design Review lifecycle and oversee integration between Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and the manufacturing team. Facilitate internal meetings across each IPT and functional stakeholders for approvals while maintaining data, visibility, and metrics supporting Hardware deliveries using tools like cPLM, SharePoint, and Tableau. Organize action items to ensure closure plans meet estimated completion dates and serve as the overall integration function for program operations. Coordinate performance visibility to the Program Office, develop high-level briefings for Program Leadership, and provide solutions to complex problems consistent with organizational objectives. This 9/80 schedule includes every other Friday off for employees working nine-hour days Monday through Thursday.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 Years experience with Bachelors; 3 Years with Masters; 1 Year with PhD; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • 8 Years experience with Bachelors; 6 Years with Masters; 4 Year with PhD; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • Must be a US Citizen with an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application with an investigation completed within the last 6 years
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time as determined by the company to meet its business need
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles and execution of large projects
  • Proficiency in creating, maintain and utilizing metrics in excel, and SharePoint
  • Strong data analytic skill set required
  • Experience working within an Integrated Product Team (IPT)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and multitask
  • Must be available for weekend shifts
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Desired Qualifications

  • ICBM / Aerospace Systems Industry Experience
  • Strong Scheduling and Analytical skills
  • Greater than 2 years of documented experience working in a robust IPT environment
  • Experience standing up tools / processes / production schedules / metrics
  • Experience in high rate and/or high mix, low rating manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of MRP Systems
