Job Summary
Principal/Senior Principal Data Transfer Analyst in Huntsville, AL supporting the Sentinel program. Responsibilities include end-to-end reviews of materials requested for release to ensure classification accuracy, sensitivity, and release eligibility; identifying and escalating classification concerns; refusing approval when release is unclear; documenting decisions and tracking issues; and completing required SME training. Must maintain an active DoD Secret clearance (ability to obtain TS) and meet SAP requirements; travel up to ~10%; relocation assistance may be available. Proficient in identifying releasability guidance, coordinating with SMEs and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with classification, marking, and release policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant experience
- Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance
- Ability to obtain DoD Top Secret clearance and SAP approval
- At least 5 years of relevant experience for Principal level or 8 years for Sr. Principal with degree; more years may substitute for degree
- Experience reviewing materials for classification, markings, and external release eligibility
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in an IPT and meet deadlines
