Job Summary
Principal/Senior Systems Engineer (level 3/4) for the Sentinel program in Roy, UT. Responsibilities include technical planning, system integration, verification/validation, cost/risk analysis, and supportability assessments for Sentinel support equipment; perform MBSE for architecture development; translate customer requirements into equipment specifications using DOORS; develop architectural framework with CAMEO MBSE toolsets; ensure integration with Sentinel program needs; travel ~10% and relocation may be available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM
- 5 years of experience for Principal level or 0 years with PhD
- 3 years of experience with master's degree for Principal level
- 2 years of experience with MBSE tools (Cameo, Magic Draw, Rhapsody or similar)
- 2 years of experience with requirements management tools (DOORS, for example)
- 1 year of experience in Systems architecture development
- Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance, current and within scope, with an investigation date within the last 6 years
- Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance and Special Access within a reasonable period
- 2 years of experience in Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) Tools (Cameo, Magic Draw, Rhapsody or similar)
- 2 years of experience with Requirements management tools (DOORS)
- Experience with system engineering process and tools (CAMEO, DOORS, Confluence, JIRA)
- Experience developing/maintaining Peculiar (PSE) and Common (CSE) Support Equipment
- Leading technical teams in large aerospace/defense projects
