Job Summary
Mechanical Engineer or Principal Mechanical Engineer needed to design, research, and develop engineering products for the Sentinel program; collaborate with weapon-system sustainment and other engineering disciplines, perform design using NX/Teamcenter, mentor junior engineers, conduct peer reviews, and coordinate with stakeholders to meet program objectives. Travel up to 10% and a 9/80 work schedule are described; relocation assistance may be available and a Secret clearance is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university
- 2 years of related experience (or a master's with 1 year)
- US Citizenship with an active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval
- CAD modeling experience with Siemens NX or similar; NX and Teamcenter experience (preferred)
