Manager Supplier Quality 2 leads the SQM team across GBSD IPT programs, collaborating with Global Supply Chain and Quality & Mission Assurance to ensure procured material and services meet program requirements. Responsibilities include identifying and quantifying supplier quality risk in sourcing plans, influencing sourcing strategies to include capable suppliers, coordinating with program teams to execute risk mitigation, driving root cause and corrective actions, aligning quality requirements in purchasing documents, monitoring supplier quality performance through assessments and dashboards, and promoting professional development and an inclusive, high-performance culture. The role requires management of a team, engagement across manufacturing, engineering, and program management, and travel up to 10%. Relocation may be offered and a Secret clearance is required for start.
