Job Summary
Manage a Logistics and Systems Engineering discipline Section, providing career mentorship, performance management, and staffing for a Functional Home Room team of 8 to 12 Individual Contributors. Deliver technical and administrative leadership to Sentinel Business Units, Operating Units, and Suppliers, resolving technical issues while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and technical performance metrics. Own the people, processes, and tools supporting business areas, including budget baselines via Earned Value Management, risk mitigation, and change control. Lead a diverse team of engineers performing project development and sustainment across missile, air, and space domains, while delivering presentations to customers and executive stakeholders.

- 4+ years' experience with ICBM weapon system logistics, operations, security, and subsystem integration

- Experience in all aspects of the engineering development lifecycle
- Proficient with Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
