Lead a large IFC execution and integration effort for the Sentinel program, directing cross-domain teams of systems engineers, software engineers, PMs, and architects to plan, execute, and certify Integrated Functional Capabilities (IFCs), drive architecture and feature definitions, coordinate with DevStar Build & Integration and external customers, and deliver IFC artifacts and dashboards; requires DoD Secret clearance, STEM degree, 8+ years of experience (or 6+ with a Master's), U.S. Citizenship, and willingness to travel ~10% with relocation assistance available. The role emphasizes leadership, program planning, metrics development, and cross-team collaboration in a high-security defense environment with a 9/80 work schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Science in a STEM field
- At least 8 years of related experience OR 6 years with a Master's degree
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- An active DoD Secret Clearance with active Special Program Access (SAP) prior to start
- Experience applying engineering process and procedures to complex development and production efforts
