Job Summary
Lead execution of critical hardware and software development for the Sentinel FMS, managing milestones, program plans, schedules, and budgets via Earned Value Management System (EVMS) tools. Support creation of Estimates at Complete (EACs) quarterly, develop cost estimates, conduct test of reasonableness analysis, and perform risk/opportunity assessments. Establish strong customer relationships while supporting regular reporting to senior leadership on program performance, monthly operating reviews, and quarterly EACs. Collaborate with cross-business and integrated-product teams to ensure Top-level Master Phasing and Integrated Master Schedules align with product line strategies. Assist the Integrated Product Team with program baselining, manpower allocation, proposal inputs, and customer proposal negotiations. Requires active Secret security clearance, EVMS certification, and ~20% domestic/international travel.
Required Qualifications

- Active and existing security clearance
- DoD Clearance: Secret
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years prior relevant experience
- Advanced degree in a related field
- 8 years experience (if advanced degree)
- Existing Secret Security Clearance (DoD)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
- EVMS certified
- Applied experience as an EVMS practitioner
- IPT Lead experience
- EV Manager experience
- Experience on a program
- Experience developing and reviewing cost proposals
- Experience developing proposal review packages
- Experience developing start-up packages
- Ability to travel domestically/internationally (~20%)
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Business, mathematics, engineering or related field)
- Knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one work area
- Experience with RLPM
- Experience with Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Experience with Risk & Opportunity Management
- Ability to lead, along with peers, the development of long range plans
- Export/Import (EX/IM) experience
- Related experience to Export/Import

- Certified BOE Developer / Approver
- PMX Level 6 certified
