Job Summary
Conduct daily sensory evaluations by objectively assessing appearance, aroma, flavor, texture, and other attributes using standardized protocols and software. Collaborate within the panel team to exchange observations, reach consensus on product properties, and provide detailed feedback while maintaining strict confidentiality. Attend regular training and calibration sessions to expand product ranges, refine terminology, and ensure consistent performance across studies. Record observations accurately via digital or paper forms, adhere to hygiene and safety guidelines, and report any issues affecting evaluation.
