Job Summary
Lead MENA-PAK agenda weather Sensory operations and Consumer researches with a focus on the North Africa region. Develop robust integrated research plans by aligning key stakeholders across R&D, Insights, and Marketing to implement global Innovation roadmaps. Provide actionable insights based on Qualitative and Quantitative research for existing and future R&D projects, communicating implications to senior managers and LG2 executives. Mentor peers to increase capability and promote good research practices while managing external agency partners to ensure appropriate test designs are deployed. Interpret complex data to distil useful information and navigate business priorities with cultural sensitivity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Administration, Psychology, Food Science, or Sensory Science
- strong theoretical background in test design

- Work experience in a consumer research/insights role preferably in an FMCG environment
- Deep knowledge of product testing methodologies
- strong background in both Qualitative & Quantitative research methods
