Sensors Engineering Supervisor (Front Nights)

Sensors Engineering Supervisor leads and supports a shift of equipment technicians, overseeing maintenance activities (PM/CM) via Maximo, ensuring safe, efficient operations, supervising lay-out moves, equipment assembly, and validation, and delivering monthly performance updates while maintaining KPI metrics (OEE, Yield). Requires supervisory experience in high-reliability manufacturing, strong technical writing, ability to interpret equipment specs, and effective communication; familiarity with PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, electro/mechanical systems, and packaging equipment is highly desirable; travel about 10% is indicated.
