Job Summary
Operate equipment and storage systems to convert raw materials into finished products. Load finished product into tanker trailers and sanitize cooker between products. Read and follow Standard Work Instructions and Training within Industry using Lean principles. Maintain production speeds and product quality; participate in team development and cohesiveness; comply with safety policies and environmental/vehicle guidelines. Physical requirements include walking/standing up to 12 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing stairs, bending/kneeling, and using PPE per SDS; equipment includes forklift, fall arrest harness, hard hat, eye/ear protection, safety footwear, PPE items; travel none. Veterans are welcome to join the team. Technical experience: basic computer skills. Industry experience: none.
