Job Summary
As a Sensor Requirements Analyst, plan, research, and analyze client needs to identify sensor capabilities and determine requirements to satisfy Marine Corps ISR needs. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding analysis of complex systems, policies, and processes and delivering solutions for operational requirements development. Engage with senior external organizations, apply DOTMLPF perspectives, and help shape design, integration, and analytical outcomes for the Marine Corps.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with ISR Sensors for ground or maritime stations or platforms
- Experience with intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) collection, strategy, sensors, and analysis
- Experience with military intelligence operations
- Experience in acquisition or requirements development
- Experience with knowledge management systems
- Knowledge of Military Operational Concepts, Doctrine, Total Force Structure Management Systems, Systems Approach to Training, Defense Acquisition Lifecycle Management, Leadership Hierarchy Joint Capability Development and Integration, and the Expeditionary Force Development Systems
- Ability to collaborate and deliver products under conditions of high operational tempo, frequently adjusting priorities and flux in requirements on time
- Ability to interface effectively with senior members of external organizations to develop and support technical positions, justify technical recommendations, and communicate effectively
- Secret clearance
