Job Summary
Plan, research, and analyze the needs of the client's operating force to identify required sensor capabilities and determine specific requirements. Act as a trusted advisor to the Marine Corps client by identifying, analyzing, and evaluating complex systems, policies, and processes. Guide work on design, integration, and analytical problems while developing operational requirements using DOTMLPF expertise. Collaborate with senior members of external organizations to develop technical positions and justify recommendations under high operational tempo.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with ISR Sensors for ground or maritime stations, platforms, or electronic or signals Intelligence
- Experience with intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) collection, strategy, sensors, and analysis
- Experience with military intelligence operations
- Experience in acquisition or requirements development
- Knowledge of Military Operational Concepts, Doctrine, Total Force Structure Management Systems, Systems Approach to Training, Defense Acquisition Lifecycle Management, Leadership Hierarchy Joint Capability Development and Integration, and the Expeditionary Force Development Systems
- Ability to collaborate and deliver products under conditions of high operational tempo, frequently adjusting priorities and flux in requirements on time
- Ability to interface effectively with senior members of external organizations to develop and support technical positions, justify technical recommendations, and communicate effectively
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED
