Job Summary
Create solutions for missions by weaving Special Access Programs and Sensitive Technical Operations into Command's Operational Plans, Contingency Plans, and Theater Campaign Plans. Serve as the primary author for associated Annex S documents and act as a trusted advisor to clients on complex systems, policies, and processes. Identify, analyze, and evaluate capabilities to facilitate their safe integration into various planning products while guiding work for Combatant Command warfighting strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Experience planning and integrating Special Access Programs in Combatant Command, Service, or applicable plans or operations
- Knowledge of the Joint Planning Process
- Ability to write and integrate Annex S documents into Command Plans
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Willingness to take a polygraph exam
- HS diploma or GED and 4+ years of experience in Sensitive Technical Operations
- 6+ years of experience in Sensitive Technical Operations in lieu of a degree
- Completion of a STO planner course
- Completion of a PDAS user course
- Ability to manage and facilitate high-level meetings and working groups
- Ability to brief senior leaders
- Possession of exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes
- Ability to facilitate the safe integration of SAP and STO capabilities into various planning processes and products
- Ability to guide work for SAP and STO planning and solutions for Combatant Command warfighting strategies and operations
- Ability to solve complex design, integration, and analytical problems for military's most restricted capabilities
- Ability to ask questions others don't
- Ability to understand nuances of complex situations
- Ability to think bigger and push further
- Ability to create solutions for missions that keep the nation safe
- Ability to serve as primary author for associated Annex S documents
- Ability to be a trusted advisor to clients
- Ability to provide subject matter expertise to ensure special access programs and sensitive technical operations are seamlessly woven into Command's Operational Plans, Contingency Plans, Theater Campaign Plans, and theater exercises
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of SAP, ACCM, Sensitive Activities protocols, security standards, and systems
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in Sensitive Technical Operations
- 5+ years of experience in Sensitive Technical Operations in lieu of a degree
