Job Summary
Develop compartmented operations and investments against strategic-level requirements via concepts of operation that support USEUCOM's theater strategy. Identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes including mission analysis, risk assessment, and performance tracking to translate customer strategy into actionable, compartmented project concepts. Coordinate and implement Special Access Programs and Sensitive Technical Operations capabilities while serving as a trusted advisor to clients on design, integration, and analytical problems. Manage high-level meetings and working groups with Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, and Interagency partners to drive solutions for the European Command's hardest problems.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting sensitive activities such as SAP, STO, ACCM, or Intelligence Operations
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Willingness to take a polygraph exam
- HS diploma or GED and 4+ years of experience supporting Sensitive Activities
- 6+ years of experience supporting Sensitive Activities in lieu of a degree
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal direction
- Certification such as PMP, Agile, or JOPES
Desired Qualifications
- Experience coordinating with the Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, Services, the Intelligence Community (IC), and Interagency partners
- Ability to manage and facilitate high-level meetings and working groups
- Possession of exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to brief senior leaders
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience supporting Sensitive Activities
- 5+ years of experience supporting Sensitive Activities in lieu of a degree
