Senior Youth Mentor (After-School)

Supervise and engage children and youth during evening recreational, educational, and leadership-based programming from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. or 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Facilitate sports, arts, cooking, and team-building activities while maintaining a safe, inclusive environment. Assist in developing program plans, completing attendance records, incident reports, and safety audits, and updating member profiles. Welcome new participants, promote positive behavior, and support their social and academic growth. Maintain program spaces, ensure proper signage and equipment storage, and comply with all health and safety protocols. Report directly to the Youth Coordinator and participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
