Job Summary
Develop categorization models and topic clusters to translate listening data into brand and customer experience strategies for European enterprise clients. Define multi-market listening frameworks aligned to brand architecture, including topics, themes, campaign segmentation, and measurement KPIs. Build dashboards and unified analytics to support marketing performance and brand health tracking while applying advanced methodologies for brand reputation monitoring and competitive benchmarking. Present insights narratives to senior stakeholders focusing on business outcomes and growth opportunities. Train marketing and insights teams on Sprinklr capabilities and best practices. Manage delivery excellence including QA and documentation. Partner with sales to deliver demos and value cases for prospective clients. Requires an MBA or Master's in brand marketing or analytics with five years of experience in consumer insights and digital analytics.
Required Qualifications
- MBA or Masters in Brand Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Digital Strategy, or related field
- 5 years of experience in Consumer and market insights
- 5 years of experience in Brand tracking and campaign measurement
- 5 years of experience in Digital or social media analytics
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, communication effectiveness, and loyalty drivers
- Experience presenting to senior business leaders and cross-functional teams
- Ability to work with clients in the European Time Zone
- Proficiency in social listening/insights and analytics platforms
- Data visualization experience (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Advanced Excel/statistical analysis for customer and brand insights
- Understanding of social APIs and data integration fundamentals
- Ability to run QA accuracy checks and ensure governance compliance
