Job Summary
Senior Writer at VSA for a hybrid role in New York or Chicago. Develops relevant, memorable creative communications for clients, blending language with strategy and brand expression. Works with Designers and Creative Directors to shape content, tone, and voice; contributes to concepting, brainstorming, and writing placeholder copy; collaborates on client briefs and brand positioning; communicates complex ideas clearly and persuasively; manages deadlines and coordinates with subject-matter experts; identifies and guides freelance writing resources when needed; promotes an inclusive, collaborative work environment and participates in client presentations. Requires 3–6 years in related fields and an undergraduate degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Advertising or Integrated/Strategic Communications.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 6 years of experience in communications, business, marketing, advertising, journalism, or a related field
- Experience in an agency or similar client services environment is preferred
- An undergraduate degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Advertising or Integrated/Strategic Communications
